His knowledge of the Lake Area and his total commitment to serving his clients with the highest level of integrity and professionalism make him a valued member of the team. Bill is also active in the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors, serving as President in 2007. He was chosen as 2007 Realtor of the Year from almost 600 members of the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors. He has also served on the Board of Directors of Missouri Association of Realtors and actively participated in the National Association of Realtors. The Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors nominated Bill for the 2008 Richard Mendenhall award for leadership, which is presented annually by the Missouri Association of Realtors.
