The connection of the new Route 242 and Highway 54 on the east side of Lake of the Ozarks is now open. End of construction on the final stage of the new U.S. 54 Expressway and the new Route 242 four-lane highway in Camden and Miller Counties. The final phase of the U.S. 54 Expressway extends for four miles, from the Grand Glaize Bridge to just west of Route KK in Camden County.
The new Route 242 connects U.S. 54 in Miller County to the Lake of the Ozarks Community Bridge on Route MM in Camden County. It also connects to the existing Horseshoe Bend Parkway.
